The Health Network
(cable TV or Direct TV 368)
Originally Aired Wednesday, June 21, 2000
A 30 minute documentary produced by Information Television Network as part of The Cutting Edge Medical Report Series for The Health Network aired for the first time on Wednesday, June 21. This video includes interviews with Scott Goodwin, M.D. UCLA; Michael J. Hallisey, M.D., Connecticut Vascular Institute; Elizabeth Stewart, Clinical Director, Brigham and Women's Hospital; John C. Lipman, Interventional Radiologist, Radiologist Associates of Atlanta; and Michael Broder, M.D., UCLA Medical Center. (I'm in it too -- along with many other women who were kind enough to give their time to ITV to film this documentary.)
Uterine Fibroids: Exploring New Options was made possible by educational grants from Cook, Inc., Boston Scientific Corporation and Cordis Endovascular Systems. For information on future air dates and times or to order a VHS copy of the program ($24.95), call 1-888-380-6500.
